Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Intrinsic Haven. We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

All products are made to order, specifically for you, at the time of your order. We ask that you please be careful to order the correct dimensions and verify it will fit in your space before purchasing. 

30-Day Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal before being shipped back.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or seller error.

  • If Intrinsic Haven provides a return shipping label as a convenience, the cost of that label will be deducted from the refund amount.

How to Start a Return

Log in using the email address associated with your order and follow the prompts to submit your return request.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please submit a return request through our Returns Portal within 48 hours of delivery.

After submitting your request, our support team will reach out to you for photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, Intrinsic Haven will provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Please do not purchase your own return shipping label for damaged, defective, or incorrect items unless instructed to do so by our support team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are issued for the product amount only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return shipping label was provided by Intrinsic Haven, applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund, according to the above policies.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
