Pricing

• Standard shipping rates apply based on size and delivery location, unless otherwise stated. 

Order Processing

Every item at Intrinsic Haven is prepared with care in our Texas workshop. To maintain our high standards, we operate on a 4-day workshop schedule:

• Processing Time: 3-5 Business Days.

• Workshop Hours: Monday – Thursday.

• Closure: Our workshop is closed Friday through Sunday. Orders placed after our Thursday cutoff or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

FedEx Shipping & Transit

We partner with FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

• Transit Times: Once your order leaves our workshop, it typically arrives within 3–5 business days depending on your location.

• Tracking: You will receive a FedEx tracking number via email as soon as your order is staged for pickup.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Because we begin prepping orders shortly after they are placed, we can only guarantee address changes requested within 12 hours of purchase.

Damages & Claims

While we pack every order to withstand the journey, accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product so we can expedite a resolution for you.
